Attorney Frank Henninger

Frank Henninger is a criminal defense attorney who has practiced in Harford County since 1992. While earning his degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Henninger served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Alfred L. Brennan of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland. Currently, he is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney Association, the National College for DUI Defense, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Harford County Bar Association and the Fourth Circuit of the United State District Court.

Attorney Laura Henninger

Laura Henninger began her career as a certified public accountant in the State of Maryland. She would later distinguish herself by earning her law degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Maryland Law Review. She passed the Maryland State Bar in 1992 and currently works with clients on a wide range of legal issues, including Wills, trusts, and estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate transactions, small business transactions, and elder law. Ms. Henninger is active in many professional and community organizations, and is a graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy. Her background as a CPA, in addition to her many years of legal experience, has helped her provide effective counsel, reasoned advice and knowledgeable representation for her clients.

In 2001, Frank and Laura Henninger decided that instead of helping clients in Bel Air, Maryland at two distinct law firms, they could better serve their clients and the Bel Air community by coming together and forming the law firm of Henninger & Henninger, LLC.
