Attorney Frank Henninger

Frank Henninger is a criminal defense attorney who has practiced in Harford County since 1992. While earning his degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Henninger served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Alfred L. Brennan of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland. Currently, he is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney Association, the National College for DUI Defense, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Harford County Bar Association and the Fourth Circuit of the United State District Court.

Attorney Laura Henninger

Laura Henninger began her career as a certified public accountant in the State of Maryland. She would later distinguish herself by earning her law degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Maryland Law Review. She passed the Maryland State Bar in 1992 and currently works with clients on a wide range of legal issues, including Wills, trusts, and estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate transactions, small business transactions, and elder law. She is a graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy.

Attorney Nicole Patel

Nikki was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2023 and focuses her practice in estate planning and administration. She joined Henninger & Henninger in September 2025, where she enjoys helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important planning decisions. She earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. Originally from the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York, she moved back to New York after graduating to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law where she received her J.D.
